3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information (pickup address, delivery address, cargo details, documents).
- Ensure the goods comply with applicable laws and are not prohibited or dangerous.
- Properly pack, seal, and label shipments unless packaging service is requested.
- Ensure that shipments are ready for pickup at scheduled times.
- Pay service charges, fees, taxes, and any additional charges promptly.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items cannot be shipped under any circumstances:

- Explosives, weapons, and ammunition
- Narcotics or illegal substances
- Perishable items without proper packaging

5. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are based on shipment volume, weight, distance, fuel surcharge, and service type.

Our liability for shipment loss, damage, or delay is limited to:

8. Tracking & Notifications

Tracking information is updated based on operational scans and may not show real-time movement.
9. Pickup & Delivery Conditions
- Pickup/delivery attempts will be made as per schedule.

10. Claims & Complaints
